通过介绍电控自动变速器调节主油压的原理,并在建立离合器结合过程模型的基础上,分析了自动变速器在不同档位下传递转矩的不同以及主油压对换档过程产生的影响,提出了对主油压进行调节的必要性。通过对HD4070PR自动变速器电控液压系统的分析,获得了其调节主油压的原理以及方法。最后通过试验的方式对其调节技术进行验证,并通过数据分析了主油压的调节对换档品质的改善。
Abstract
On the basis of describing the principle of adjusting main pressure and establishing the model of clutch engaging process for the electronic automatic transmission, the different torques transferee! by the transmission and the influence of main pressure on shifting process under different gears were ana?lyzed, and the necessary of adjusting main pressure was proposed. The principle and the method of ad?justing main pressure were obtained by analyzing the electro-hydraulic control system of HD4070PR automatic transmission. The adjusting technique of main pressure was verified by an experiment, and the improvement of shifting equality was analyzed by the experimented data.
