Abstract

The solubility of three components of wasted composition B in supercritical carbon dioxide was measured by high phase equilibrium and UV spectrophotometry at temperature of 308.15-328.15K and pressure of 8-23MPa.The results show that the solubility of wax rises as the temperature and pressure increase, and its highest solubility is 1.3922g/gCO2. The solubilities of TNT and RDX change regularly with a convert pressure(pvert). When the pressure is less than pvert, the solubilities of TNT and RDX decrease with the increasing of the temperature, but increase when the pressure is higher than pvert. The highest solubilities of TNT and RDX are 7.42×10-3g/gCO2 and 8.035×10-5g/gCO2, respectively. Based on these results, the process of supercritical separation of wasted composition B is suggested.
