The paper studies the problem of a rise in energy and a depression in mechanical properties of double base propellant. It also describes dewetting of RDX, HMX and other cyclo nitramine, bonding agent selection and its design difficulty. The bonding agents molecular design,the related technology,and bonding agent synthesis are explored as well.
