针对高速旋转弹丸的转速测试问题,分析了转速测量装置硬件设计和转速数据的处理方法。根据电磁感应原理。利用傅里叶变换技术将时域电压信号转换为频域信号,对含有噪声的电压信号进行频谱分析,提取幅值最大的频率分量所对应的频率值即可认为是弹丸的实际转速,其它频谱分量认为是噪声分量。在某靶场进行实际弹道实验,利用所提方法对实际实验数据进行处理,得到了全弹道的转速-时间数据。实验及数据处理结果表明:所提方法可行,对实际工程应用具有较大的指导意义。
Abstract
To analyze the rotate speed of spinning projectile,the hardware design of a rotate-speed measuring mechanism and its data processing method were studied.According to the principle of electromagnetic induction,the time-domain voltage signal was changed into frequency domain by using the technology of FFT,and then the frequency spectrum of the voltage signal with noise was analyzed.The frequency corresponding to the biggest spectrum component was extracted,which was regarded as the actual rotate-speed of projectile,and other spectrum component was regarded as noise component.The actual ballistic experiment was carried out,and the experimental data was processed by the proposed method,and the data of ratate speed varying with time was obtained.The result shows that the proposed method is effective,and it offers reference for practical application.
