摘要

铁路信号传输是确保列车安全正常运行的关键,用于传递信号的钢轨连接线是保障铁路信号传输及减少电流不平衡的重要设施。从工程应用角度出发,丛理论与实验两个方面研究了钢轨连接线的爆炸焊接技术,对爆炸焊接后的焊接质量进行了外观检测、抗拉强度检测、结合面的微观结合形态及焊接面积检测等。实验与检测结果表明,采用爆炸焊接连接的钢轨连接线连接质量可靠,为本技术的工程应用奠定了基础。

Abstract

Railway signal transmission is the key to insure train run safely. The railway connector for signal transmission is important equipment to guarantee railway signal transmission and reduce electric current imbalance. From the point of view of engineering practice, the explosive welding technology of railway connector was studied theoretically and experimentally, the appearance, tensile strength, mi?cro configuration of welding junction and welding area after explosive welding were detected. Experi?mental and detective results show that the junction quality to concent railway with connector by means of explosive welding is reliable, which lays the foundation for the technology’s engineering practice.
