摘要

P31是研制军用电子系统时处理电子技术更新快，威胁种类多变，经费不足等难题的一种有效方法。本文在介绍美国军用电子系统研制中应用P31状况的基础上，研究了P31的有效应用问题，分析了在我国的应用前景。P31可以用于其它复杂系统的研制。

Abstract

P3I as an effective method in the development of military electronic systems when faced with difficulties arising from quick updating of electronic technology 9 swiftly fluctuating threats，or shorage of funds. Based on cases where P3I has been applied in the U.S. in the development of military electronic systems， the paper studies how it can be properly applied and analyses ways of its application in China. P3I is also an efficient way out in the development of other complex systems.
