给出了测压圆柱体压力与变形的关系式,分析了测压静态特性的影响因素,并设计了一套新的测压柱体系列。对膛压测量中广泛采用的预压铜柱进行了霍普金森压杆实验,获得了这种铜柱的动态本构关系,并依此建立了铜柱测压系统的数学模型,从理论上给出了动态误差的修正曲线。
Abstract
Pressure-deformation relationships of various pressure-measuring cylinders are given in this paper. The factors of influence on the static characteristics of the pressure-measuring cylinders are analyzed,and a new series of pressure-measuring cylinder designed. A series of Split Hopkinson bar experiments with the pre-pressured copper cylinders used for chamber pressure measurement were carried out,and the dynamic constitutive relations for this kind of cylinders obtained. Thereby the mathematical mode of the copper cylinder pressure-measuring system is established. The correction curves of the dynamic errors are theoretically given.
