摘要

阐述了光纤测试技术依据的原理,给出了多通道瞬时光纤测试装置的构成,引入了比信号测试方法,简化了装置的标定,利用最小二乘法原理建立了爆轰波光谱发射率及爆温的迭代计算格式,并用该装置对液体炸药硝基甲烷爆轰波光谱发射率及爆温进行了实验测量,实验表明光谱发射率与爆轰波辐射波长具有较强的依赖关系。

Abstract

N,N-dinitropiperazine(DNP)was used to replace RDX in RDX-composite modified double base(CMDB) propellant,and the influences of DNP content,combustion stabilizers(CaCO3,TiO2,MgO and Al2O3) and combustion catalysts (Pb salt,Pb salt/Cu salt/Carbon black) on the combustion characteristics of DNP-CMDB propellant were studied.Results showed that the burning rate of CMDB propellants containing DNP could be decreased obviously.The burning rate of CMDB propellant at the pressure of 18.0MPa was reduced by 68% when RDX in the propellant was completely replaced by DNP.The pressure exponent of the DNP-CMDB propellants could be reduced obviously by the addition of Pb salt/Cu salt/Carbon black catalysts and there were plateaus in some pressure ranges for the combustion of the propellant.
