摘要

为了揭示各变形控制参数对可变形定向战斗部变形的影响,采用LS-DYNA软件对可变形定向战斗部的变形过程进行了数值模拟。研究了辅助装药相位角和厚度以及变形时间对战斗部变形过程的影响,确立了各个变形控制参数与最佳变形时间区间和变形弦长的关系,并得到战斗部变形控制参数之间的匹配关系。结果表明,辅助装药相位角在60°~90°范围内取值较为适合,且辅助装药厚度对壳体变形弦长的影响小于相位角的影响,通过合理的参数匹配,可提高战斗部的性能。

Abstract

The qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis ofcombustion residue of modular charges were made with chemical analyses and IR.Production mechanism of combustion residue was analyzed. The results show thatcombustion residue are divided into two parts that one part is water solublekait salts, and another is water-insoluble polyvinyl acetate(PVAc), polyvinylbutyral(PVB) and carbon. The mass ratio of water-soluble and water insolublematerials is 1∶1.2. PVAc and PVB are dissolved in acetone, and carbon isnot dissolved in acetone. The results of mechanism analyses show that combustionresidues come from powder, propellant and combustible cases, rather than flameinhibitor.
