摘要

为了研究战斗部侵彻多层靶过程中装药结构的安全性,建立了模拟多层穿靶过程的装药安全性评价方法。以加速跌落平台为依托,设计了一种多次冲击加载试验装置,通过数值计算的方式校核了装置的冲击载荷,并对装置进行了结构优化,获得了实验室条件下应力幅值约为400MPa、脉冲间隔1ms、脉冲宽度0.5ms、脉冲次数为4次的多次冲击载荷加载实验装置。并针对某种TATB基高聚物黏结炸药,开展了多次撞击安全性试验,研究了多次冲击压缩载荷下装药的响应特性。结果表明,该装置数值计算和试验结果有较好的一致性; 该装药在典型多次冲击载荷下(应力幅值约为400MPa、脉冲间隔1ms、脉冲次数为4次),表面发生裂纹破碎,但未发生点火反应。

Abstract

To study the safety of the charge structure during the multi-layer penetration of warhead, the charge safety evaluation method to simulate the process of multi-layer penetration was established. Based on accelerated drop platform, a multiple impact loading test device was designed. The impact load of the device was validated by numerical calculation, and the structure of the device was optimized. The multi-impact loading device with amplitude of 400MPa, pulse interval of 1ms, pulse duration of 0.5ms and the number of pulse 4 times was obtained. The multi-impact safety tests were conducted on some TATB-based polymer bonded explosives to study the response characteristics of charge under multi impact. The results show that the numerical calculation and test results of the device are in good agreement; the crack initiates on the surface of the charge without any ignition reaction under typical multiple impact with stress amplitude of 400MPa, pulse interval of 1ms and the number of the pulse of 4 times.
