摘要

针对中心炸管式抛撒系统的定容阶段点传火、抛撒药燃烧作用过程,建立了理论模型并对其进行了仿真计算。鉴于点传火管里无装药且长径比较大,建立了一维纯气相模型,针对燃烧室内抛撒药燃烧过程,建立二维轴对称两相流模型,并通过能量交换将二者耦合。采用CE/SE方法编制了内弹道计算程序并进行了仿真计算,仿真计算结果与试验结果基本一致,验证了该文所建立的数学模型及相应的数值方法的正确性。仿真结果分析表明:无装药且长径比大的点传火管点传火过程较慢,但点火一致性良好,能够均匀释放点火能量,保证燃烧室内火药燃烧过程平稳可靠。

Abstract

Aiming at the processes of ignition and powder burning of dispersal-system with central tube bursting-type in the constant volume,the theoretical model was developed,and it was calculated by simulation.The one-dimensional pure gas-phase model was used for the igniter tube with no powder and large length-diameter ratio.The two-dimensional two-phase model was used for the burning process of powder in the combustor.The coupling function of two tubes was established through energy exchange.The calculation program of interior ballistics was programmed by CE/SE method.The calculated results well accord with the test results,and the established model and method are right.The simulation results show that:the ignition process of the igniter tube with no powder and large length-diameter ratio is slow,but the ignition consistency is well.The ignition energy can evenly release to ensure the process of powder burning stably and reliably.
