The based detonator production line with automatical filling is introduced in this paper. It can be controlled by industrial control computer, touch screen and programmable logic controller, and monitored through video surveillance, realizing the manmachine isolation, automatic add powder, automatic test online, automatic remove waste products, automatic security alarm, automatic safety interlock, reliable prevent explosion transmission and continuous production.
