摘要

扩孔孔径大小是聚能装药侵彻混凝土目标的重要设计参数之一。在分析射流侵彻混凝土各个扩孔孔径大小是聚能装药侵彻混凝土目标的重要设计参数之一。在分析射流侵彻混凝土各个阶段特点的基础上,根据射流侵彻混凝土的扩孔特点,将扩孔过程分为初始孔径形成和克服惯性力扩孔两个阶段,并得到了初始孔径与射流直径关系的简单表达式。利用连续介质力学和修正后的伯努利方程对克服惯性力扩孔过程进行了计算,在忽略环向拉力的情况下,推导出扩孔速度随孔径的变化关系和射流侵彻混凝土的扩孔公式,并进行了编程计算和试验验证。将理论值与试验数据进行对比,结果表明,该公式满足混凝土扩孔工程计算的要求,对串联侵彻战斗部前级聚能装药结构设计具有一定的指导意义。
