摘要

基于CCD/CMOS成像器件的光电成像系统在边/海防监视领域具有广泛的应用,但其作用距离基于CCD/CMOS成像器件的光电成像系统在边/海防监视领域具有广泛的应用,但其作用距离受雾/霾天气的影响很大。通过对超视距CCD成像原理和技术途径研究分析表明:在仅采用光学近红外滤波的条件下,系统能见距离的提高最大只能到1.5倍左右,必须采用数字图像处理方法进一步提高场景图像的对比度。分析了传统全局灰度变换增强方法的局限性,提出一种子块部分重叠局域直方图均衡化算法,获得大于2倍能见距离的场景目标观察。
