本文分析了致密相氮化硼的动态高压合成条件,用轴对称爆炸装置对石墨垄氮化硼进行了一系列加载试验,对回收样品进行了X光衍射试验和扫描电镜观察,结果表明回收样品中黑色部分含有致密相氮化硼。提高试样初始密度,增加炸药量和加限制钢管,明显地有剩于致密相氮化硼的生成。
Abstract
The conditions of synthesis of dense form BN by dynamic high pressure is analysed.A series of experiments were done on graphitic BN with cylindrical explosion device. Results of X-ray diffraction and SEM on the recovered sample show that dense form BN exists in the black part of the sample, Increasing the density of the original sample,weight of explosi- ve used and use of confined tube will tend to favor the formation of dense form BN.
