本文研究了含硝基的茋的合成方法。Shipp反应不适用于所用的硝基化合物。三硝基间甲基苯胺和三硝基二甲苯通过Knoevenagel反应与芳醛缩合成茋,后者还可形成二(苯乙烯基)苯化合物。由间硝基苯甲醛与间硝基苯乙酸通过Peikin反应合成3,3ˊ-二硝基茋,得率比用Meerwein反应高一倍。
Abstract
The synthesis of stilbsnes containing the nitro group were studied. The Shipp process is not applicable for the nitro-compounds used. Trinitro-m-toludine and trinitro-m-xylene were condensed with aroma?tic aldehydes to form stilbenes. Distyrylbenzenes containing the nitro group may be formed from trinitro-m-xylene. The procedure for the synthesis of 3,3ˊ-dinitrostilbene from m-nitro-benzaldeliyde and m-nitrophenylacetic acid via the Perkin reaction was found to be superior to that through the Meerwein reaction.
