本文以生产率、极限切削宽度、加工精度及机床功率消耗为约束条件,以最低生产成本为目标函数,对车削用量进行了优化。采用了收敛效果较好的适用可行方向法。所讨论的工件细长比范围为10≤l/D≤20。
Abstract
In this paper the optimum turning condition for slender workpieces is obtained by minimizing the cost function subject to constraints relating to productivity,limited width of cutting,machining accuracy and energy consumption.The optimization technique adopted is one of the methods of feasible directions which, manifests well behaviour in computation. The range of length-diameter ratio of slender workpieces is 10≤l/D≤20.
