摘要

本文介绍一种适于轻武器应用的缓蚀添加剂——聚氨酯。采用内添加方式将其加于火药基体内,使火药改性。研究证明,聚氨酯缓蚀添加剂能明显降低内膛烧蚀与磨损,大幅度提高枪管寿命。

Abstract

In this paper,a polyurethane wear-reducing additive available for small arms is introduced. The polyurethane is added into the propellant grain by means of direct addition so that the characteristic of the propellant could be improved. It has been proved that polyurethane wear-reducing additive can apparently reduce wear and erosion of the gun barrel and improve the life of the barrel a great deal.
