摘要

综述了欧美国家在研究高能氧化剂硝仿肼和以硝仿肼为基的固体推进剂等方面所取得的最新进展。介绍了硝仿肼的研制背景,并通过对硝仿肼物理化学特性数据的分析,证实了硝仿肼在固体推进剂中的实用价值。同时还介绍了以硝仿肼为氧化剂,GAP为粘结剂,Al为燃料的固体推进剂配方的各种性能。

Abstract

The sensitivity at low velocity impact of HMX-pressed PBX was measured by using Susan test. The influence of crystal quality and particle size of HMX on the Susan sensitivity of the PBX was studied. The results show that the velocity threshold for ignition of the PBX increases while the quality of HMX crystal improves. The velocity threshold of the PBX in Susan test increases from 47 m/s to 59 m/s when the particle size of high quality HMX increases from 20μm to 105μm, and the reaction violence after impact of the latter is less than that of the former. There is a critical velocity of about 100 m/s, below the velocity, the reaction violence of high-quality HMX-based PBX is less than that of commercial HMX-based PBX, whereas above and beyond the velocity this reaction violence of high-quality HMX-based PBX is more than that of commercial HMX-based PBX.
