摘要

为解决复合推进剂中超细高氯酸铵(AP)易吸湿、团聚以及纳米催化剂Fe2O3易团聚的问题,用陶瓷膜-反溶剂法制备纳米Fe2O3/AP复合粒子,用溶剂蒸发法在其表面包覆端羟基聚丁二烯(HTPB),制备出纳米Fe2O3/AP/HTPB复合粒子,用SEM、HRTEM、FT-IR、ICP和XRD等对Fe2O3/AP/HTPB复合粒子进行表征,测定了其吸湿性能。结果表明,Fe2O3/AP/HTPB复合粒子中纳米Fe2O3均匀分散,外层包覆的HTPB阻止了超细AP的吸湿。

Abstract

吀漀 meet thedevelopment requirements of intelligence, miniaturization and precision of themultimode ammunition, the precision explosive circuit was produced by the newmelt cast explosive based on DNTF. The experiments results indicated thatthe initiation could be spread from single point to multi-point by using theexplosive circuit but the synchronous time difference was no more than100ns.The application of the explosive circuit resolved the contradictionsbetween the propagation of detonation and the explosion isolation, whichsimplified the warhead structure and accuracy contral of the detonationwareform.
