摘要

为阐述新一代纤维素基含能黏合剂的研究和发展前景,针对纤维素、硝化纤维素的结构和性能特点,指出由于其大分子链刚性强,使得NC火药普遍存在能量低、制品低温脆、高温软等不足,通过分析近期研究成果和国内外相关资料,综述了纤维素基新型高性能黏合剂研发必要性、化学结构、现状及其应用方向,认为纤维素接枝侧长链增塑后、再在羟基上叠氮化和硝化,作为高性能黏合剂,可极大地提高推进剂的低特征信号、高能和钝感等综合性能.

Abstract

The dynamic performance of boosterexplosive JH-14C under different strain-rate (from 1400s-1to 4000s-1)impact over loading is studied byusing the split Hopkinson pressure bar technique. Themacro failure forms of booster explosive JH-14C and failure-modes of the recoveryspecimen are observed and analyzed by SEM and corresponding stress-straincurves are obtained. Resuts indicate that the stress-strain curves of boosterexplosive JH-14C exhibitdistinct strainrate effect, and failure-stressincrease as the increase of strain-rate, but failure-strain keep invariant.
