摘要

基于Semenov的热爆炸理论和自催化反应的速率方程,导出了含能材料Bna自催化分解反应热爆炸的临界温升速率表达式。用非线性约束优化问题的信赖域算法计算出Bna自催化分解反应转向热爆炸时硝化棉(N质量分数13.54%)的临界温升速率,得到非等温DSC条件下描述硝化棉Bna自催化分解反应的动力学方程。

Abstract

An expression describing the critical rate of temperature rise for thermal explosion of Bna autocatalytic decomposition reaction was derived based on Semenov′s thermal explosion theory and rate equation of autocatalytic reaction. The critical rate of temperature rise in nitrocellulose containing 13.54% of nitrogen when Bna autocatalytic decomposition reaction converts into thermal explosion was obtained by trust region algorithms for nonlinear constrained optimization problems. Under the conditions of non-isothermal DSC, the kinetic equation describing the Bna autocatalyticdecomposing reaction of NC was obtained.
