Abstract

The index system of evaluating torpedo operational effectiveness (TOE) was brought for?ward and the subordinate function of each index was given. The fuzzy multifactorial evaluation model of TOE was presented based on BP neural networks. The method can conquer the limition of subjec?tive factors and repeat the knowledge, experience and thought of experts. The simulated result shows effectiveness and feasibility of the model.
