Abstract

Deals with the reliability assessment of complex structural parts when there does not exist explicit functions governing the relationship between the basic vari?ables and the stress outputs. Based on finite element analysis, principles of neural net?works and Monte Carlo simulation, a neural networks Monte Carlo intelligent simula?tion method is presented. Reliability is also analyzed by the method for the structure of a compound planetary carrier in a tracked vehicle.
