Abstract

Based on an analysis of the signal from passive millimeter wave radiometer sensors, a coding algorithm for the feature extraction in target recognition is presented. A time domain procedure — the Frequency of Occurence of Binary Words method (FOBW) is given. This recognition method is proved effective through theoretical analysis and computer simulation.
