Abstract
The paper appraises current situation in weapons system evaluation, and points out that it is not appropriate to apply evaluation standards for the production stage in the demonstration and development stage, and the study recognization and standardization of evaluation standards that ought to be emphasized urgently, The paper presents two useful comprehensive evaluation models and discusses their applications in C3I systems.
