Abstract

The rate of explosive combustion of RDX-CMDB (Comprosite Modified Double-Base) propellant when catalyzed by ferrocene derivative has been studied. The catalytic effect of ferrocene derivative is seen to be remarkble and the indices for pressure of these propellants are markedly smaller.
