The paper briefly analyses the famous NBS (Haar-Shenker) equation and points out some of its imperfections. Based on the evaluation the L principle and a new equation of state are prensented in this paper. Results from calculation and experiments are in good agreement- It indicates that weaknesses of the NBS equation can be over?come by applying the L principle.
